This is a nicely decorated unit with a king bed (or converts to 2 twins) in the bedroom and a queen convertible sofa in the living room. Condo sleeps 2 to 4 people. Ocean view from the lanai of Kama'ole 1 beach, which is a very short walk from the condo (1/2 block). This condo has many amenities which include air-conditioning/ceiling fans, Cable TV-DVD-CD, answer machine, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and lines provided. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/icemaker, coffee maker, blender. Also included are sand chair, beach bags, sun umbrellas, beach mats, beach towels and ice chest. The Ali'i Kai complex has an elevator, trash shoot, tennis courts, swimming pool, spa and sauna. Championship golf courses are within a short drive.
