- Cliffside of Il Bella Vista, LLC may be rented as the first floor only for a party of 2 or both stories for larger groups. It may sleep from 2 to 14. When rented for a party of 2, guests enjoy almost 1300 square feet of first floor living space with gorgeous views from all directions. Included are the living room with a gas fireplace, reclining leather sofa and love seat, overstuffed chairs and surround sound; the kitchen and dining room with mountain views; a screened-in porch with views of both mountains and falls; a large deck with mountain views; an over sized master bedroom suite with an electric fireplace, a sitting area and balcony with views of the falls; and the master bath with its whirlpool for two and views of the falls. When the party is four or more, the second floor offers accommodations with four more bedrooms and large family room with comfortable seating and views of the falls.
