We ask for a one-night's base deposit of $125 at reservation with the balance due one week in advance of your arrival...two weeks for a holiday booking. There will be a minimum $50.00 fee for processing/holding any cancellation or you may re-schedule to another time for a $25.00 re-booking fee. If you must cancel, please do so prior to 30 days of your arrival to give us time to advertise and re-book. Otherwise, we could retain 90% of your rental if the chalet does not re-book.
No cleaning fees, hot tub fees, reservation fees, etc.

Picture yourself here....: Sit on the peaceful, spacious, screened porch, nestled in the quiet woodlands, and watch the occasional, unexplainable 'smoke' boil over the distant mountain range... the Great Smoky Mountains namesake. Or you just may find yourself listening to the katydids and crickets in concert for the most attention. 'Bearfoot' on a still night, beneath nature's starry canopy. Such a delightful place to sit and talk...rediscover one another!
Lots to see and do only a few scenic miles away...: You're only 18 scenic miles from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Ober Gatlinburg and skiing, music theaters, outlet malls, and activities of all sorts. Historic Cades cove is only 7 miles away...slow down and let the deer pass! Bordering on the Great Smokey Mountain National Park boundary line, nature truly abounds. With a four mile River running through it, tubing is the biggest pastime in Townsend during the hot, sweltering months...looks like a polka dotted river! Newly opened Great Smoky Mountain Heritage Center is only a mile away! Why not check out spleunking or geocaching while in our area...here there's some mighty fine, unique little treasures to be found in this cozy town!
Golf, if she'll let ya!: Beautiful Laurel Valley Golf Course and Country Club is only 3 miles away. Why not sneak your irons or fishin' pole along with ya just in case you get the chance!
Golf: Come spend some time with us and you may even get a distant view of our Bearfootin' bearfoot bear friend!
