Avalon House Summary

Beautiful waterfront home with a large screened porch overlooking the lagoon, with your own dock, boat slip and beautiful sunsets, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Crab, fish, sun and swim off the dock or walk just one block to one of the area's most beautiful ocean beaches. Fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances. Two bedrooms are kings, one is extra-long twins or king), and the fourth has four bunk beds. Plenty of parking. Excellent shopping and restaurants are very close by. Very, very comfortable. Amenities include phone, wireless Internet service, air conditioning, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, Full Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils provided, washer, dryer, gas grill (BBQ). We are Pet Friendly. No smoking, please.
