Immediate access to beach and ocean. Full kitchen, dining and living areas, two large bedrooms. 32 inch television with Xbox 360 in living area. Queen size sleeper in living area. Master bedroom includes california king bed and 23 inch LCD tv with DVD player. Queen size bed in guest bedroom. The condo is located in the facility 'Sanctuary at False Cape' and is privately rented. Beautiful courtyard pool, hot tub and grills. Two parking spots available for this unit. No pets.
