Sleeps up to 8 guests. $15.00 EXTRA, PER PERSON, PER DAY OVER 8 GUESTS.

PLEASE...NO MORE THAN 10 GUESTS--children 5 years and under not counted.
Rates on 2 Car minimum. $10.00 per day for 3rd car. 3 car Maximum.
Full size Air Bed available. - A 30% Advance Payment Is Required to book requested dates.
An Invoice Will Be E-Mailed After Receipt Of Your Advance Payment.
Final Payment Is Due Upon Arrival--Cash, Credit Card or PayPal Prepaid 3 days before arrival.
GUEST MAKING RESERVATION MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO MAKE ONE PAYMENT IF RESERVING FOR A GROUP. Guest making the reservation must be present during the rental period.

There is an available air mattress. Please advise if there will be more than eight in the party. $15 more per extra person over the limit of 8 (not including children age 5 and under). Maximum 10 guests.
