Arrowhead Lakes Community charges Renters the following in addition to our rental rates:
Gate pass - $25.00 per vehicle per length all seasons.
Amenity Badges - $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week for person 6 and over.
Amenity badges are required Memorial Day - Labor Day. These fees are not negotiable by the Arrowhead Lakes Community Association. As of March 1, 2007, these fees must be paid to the owner and then submitted to the Association so that upon your arrival all gate passes and badges will be ready.
Gate passes and amenity badges must be returned to Welcome Center at the end of the stay. If not returned, fees will be deducted from security deposit. - Renter Must be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required - US Drivers License, No Exceptions.
