Arrowhead Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1100 TO $1500
- Security Deposit required - $350.00 weekend and $500.00 weekly. Cleaning fee for rental is $125.00. Arrowhead Lakes Community charges Renters the following in addition to our rental rates:
Gate pass - $25.00 per vehicle per length all seasons.
$8.00 per person per day or $30.00 per person per week for person 8 and over.
Amenity badges are required Memorial Day - Labor Day. These fees are not negotiable by the Arrowhead Lakes Community Association. These fees have to be paid to the Association so that upon your arrival all gate passes and badges will be ready.
Gate passes and amenity badges must be returned to Welcome Center at the end of the stay. If not returned, fees will be deducted from security deposit. - RENTERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Proof of age required - US Drivers License, No Exceptions.
