House Expectations: This is your home away from home. A private residence in a residential neighborhood. Please respect the property and the neighborhood. In the house you will find a binder that should cover any questions you have about all appliances, items in the house, and local attractions and restaurants. Local Area: Spring Hill has several family parks with basket ball, tennis, racket/hand ball, and tracks. If you are a biking enthusiast we have the suncoast trail which starts in Crystal River and ends in Pinellas County (50-60 miles). There are many beautiful beaches all along the coastline. You can rent jet skis, wind surf, coastal or deep sea fish, scuba diving and snorkeling. Just 90 minutes away is the wonderful Disney World Resort. In 40 minutes you can be in Tampa where there is the Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, Museum of Science and Industry, Channelside (food and activities), Ybor City (several streets full of dancing, food and music), and Busch Gardens. You can travel north to Homosassa Springs state Park and see manatees. In the winter time you can take scuba or snorkeling trips and get up close and personal with the gentle manatees. We have many local natural habitats that you can walk the trails and see Florida's nature. Golf is everywhere you look.
