Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $300 refundable security deposit required for all rentals.
- 50% of rental fee required at time of reservation. Saturday-Saturday rentals only In Season.
- Remainder of rental fee, taxes, cleaning fee and security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival (see rental agreement for specific payment terms). Personal checks or Paypal Direct Pay accepted.

Wells Maine:: Wells is centrally located between the quaint New England towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. It's the perfect location for a family vacation and experiencing all that the southern coast of Maine has to offer. The Wells summer trolley is a great way to get around, and it stops right at the entrance to Beach Dreams.
