From the front door, take 10 steps and enjoy the beautiful pool. Amenities include: linens, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, as well as boogie boards and floats are furnished 3 TVs, VCR, DVD, CD player; jacuzzi tub in master bath; gas grill on deck, electric grill in kitchen, blender, mixer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric skillet, ice maker, plenty of pots and pans. Quiet west end of PCB; small complex only 20 units, to west of condo a 2 mile stretch of dedicated beach (no buildings) - great for beach walk.

Notes: We have a ramp to the front door for wheelchairs but one step down to dining and living room. Five steps down to beach from covered deck on the beach side of the condo and 10 steps out the front door to the pool.

Twenty minutes to Silver Sands outlet mall in San Destin. Twelve miles to Seaside, a unique Victorian seaside village with shops, attractions, events, and an outdoor gift side market.
