This offer overrides discounts offered in the booking information sent to you in response to an enquiry. - The weekly rate includes the probability of being driven from the station on arrival and returned on departure day for those not wanting to hire a car.
The rate includes up to 4 persons - extra persons are 50 Euro/week each.
A private car-parking space right outside the entrance to the apartment is available for 50 Euro a week.
For bookings less than a week, there is an extra daily tariff. - Beware of owners who ask that you pay for the central heating in addition to the rental rate - at the end of your stay, you could well find yourself having to pay the same as you've paid in rent or even more, such is the exorbitant cost of gas, electricity and wood in Italy.
We provide for free all utilities...down to the last detail, including unlimited hot water. And, we give you a generous Welcome Pack...wine, fruit, pasta, olive oil, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, salad, etc., so that our guests can relax immediately on arrival and think about 'the big shop' the next day.
