This is not a duplex it is free standing single family residence. Each bedroom & deck have direct access to viewing the quiet white beach sands & perfect to enjoy the sunsets. With the exception of the property adjacent you are Gulf Front(not gulf front). Beautiful hardwood floors adorn the entire home & the ground level has a large wood deck (entire length of the house) which is perfect for outside grilling & picnics. The home contains five (6) televisions and three (3) DVD players, Play Station 2, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, as well as other numerous amenities including high speed Internet access to make your stay one to remember.
