The one-time $75 cleaning fee applies for all stays less than 7 nights. This cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 nights or longer.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation will incur the following charges: 90 days or more out from your arrival date – Deposit is Fully Refunded minus $100 processing fee Within 90 days of your arrival – Security Deposit is Non-Refundable If full cancellation is within 30 days of arrival– 50 % of rental is returned to guest or $ will be transferred towards another rental time. If you cancel individual dates within 30 days of arrival – no refund is given or $ will be transfereed towards another rental time. If the balance of payment is not received within one month prior to arrival, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund. No refunds for early departure or late arrival.
