From your 180 degree unobstructed ocean-view terrace you can see whales & dolphins (seasonal), monkeys & a large variety of birds plus incredible sunsets into the ocean. Listen to the ocean, see the dramatic waves crash on the rocks in a beautiful display. This air-conditioned efficiency is perfect for a couple but can sleep 4 people. Oceanviews from every corner including the shower. Property features a pool, adl covered patio, garden area, laundry facilities, kitchen, gated security, parking, walking distance to a mostly deserted palm-lined beach and only 2 Km from Domincal. The area has plenty to offer for the active or inactive.

While here visit Hacienda Baru, Nuayaca Waterfalls & horseback tours, Eco-Tourism, the Osa Peninsula - one of the world's most bio-diverse eco destinations, surrounded by some of the finest ecotourism, real estate investment opportunities, surfing, biking, adventure tours. Charter a fishing boat to catch local fish including Sailfish & Blue or Black Marlin. Most local restaurants will be glad to cook your catch to order. Also enjoy the local art, bird watching, funky to fine restaurants & ask us about the Jungle Bar many locals gather to swap stories and hold Texas Hold Em' tournanments. - Air-conditioned studio comes with overhead fans & there is a sliding plate glass door for easy access to the patio. Awake each morning to your own private beautiful views of ocean, the beach and a variety of birds. A small real estate office is operated by the property owners, Dave and Deb which occupies the first floor. They deal one on one with clients, so it is very low-key and the only break in privacy you may have from your private second floor location is one of them coming up just before sunset to see if you want to share some wine or a Bailey's as the sun sets into the ocean horizon. Several “green flashes” have been reported by guests (before too much wine or Bailey’s). Wireless internet is available from your suite and patio. The efficiency is not handicapped accessible due to the outside stairs to the efficiency. For those that want to listen to the ocean at night, open-air living is possible, in fact many guest prefer this when the ocean breeze is present

A hammock is located on the veranda. Located on the ocean side of the coastal highway so four-wheel drive is not required, although recommended May to Nov if you want to explore off the paved highways. The property is not conducive to children under 13 due to the second floor location.
