It is directly across the street from the Municipal Golf Course and is within 3 blocks of Depot Beach (Lake Charlevoix). Its an easy walk to downtown and less than a mile from the bike trail to Petoskey. The house has a large sunny front yard for sports and a shady backyard with picnic table, firepit and hammock. The upstairs deck has seasonal views of Lake Charlevoix. This house is a clean, comfortable and convenient way to spend a week or two enjoying the best of Charlevoix.

Charlevoix House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
