Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- The above costs include a 6.1% sales tax.
A $75 one-time cleaning fee will be added to the total weekly charge.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the condo.
The deposit is fully refundable (less the 3% credit card fee), if
cancelled at least 60 days prior to the start of the reserved
period.
90% refundable with 45 days notice.
50% refundable with 30 days notice.
25% refundable with 14 days notice.
- The deposit is NOT refundable thereafter.
The $900 weekly rate is for 'Friday to Friday' rentals during the summer season. Also during the summer season, six-day rentals can start on either Friday or Saturday but must end by the following Thursday or Friday, respectively.
Check-in time: Friday or Saturday at 6:00pm or later (earlier check-ins are possible, if the condo is vacant the prior day)
Check-out time: Friday at 12:00pm or earlier - Once again, the minimum summer season stay is 6 nights on either a Friday to Thursday basis or a Saturday to Friday basis. The purpose of this schedule is to avoid interfering with the following week's rental. 6-night summer rentals cost a total of $800 + $75 cleaning = $875 (all taxes already included).
