Hollister Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $600 to $900 per week

Only weekly rentals are offered, the above costs include a 6.1% sales
tax.
A $65 one-time cleaning fee will be added to the total weekly charge.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the condo.
The deposit is fully refundable (less the 3% credit card fee) if cancelled at least 60 days prior to
date of reservation.
- 90% refundable with one month notice.
- 50% refundable with two weeks notice.
- The deposit is NOT refundable thereafter.
The condo is rented on a 'Friday to Friday' basis.
Check-in time: Friday at 6:00pm or later
Check-out time: Friday at 12:00pm or earlier
Major credit cards, cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks
are accepted.

Emerald Pointe Marina: Take advantage of the utility provided by the Emerald Pointe Marina (tel. 417-332-2960), which is located approximately 200 yards from the condo. The marina offers courtesy boat slips, which can be used on a temporary basis to dock your boat. The marina can also provide indoor-dry dock or outdoor boat storage options at a price of $30 and $10 per day, respectively for 2008. The $30 dry dock service includes putting the boat in the water and taking it out of the water upon your request and storing it inside the marina overnight - a very convenient service for all boaters. The marina also rents 20 and 25-foot Landau pontoon boats with 60 and 90 hp motors, respectively and 21-foot Chaparral ski boats with 350 V-8 engines.
