Sun-filled cottage nestled up to beautiful Stage Fort Park in Gloucester. House is 1160 sq ft, 1st flr consists of one bedroom, one full bath, eat-in kitchen, laundry, living room w/ pullout twin loveseat, pellet stove, glass enclosed sun/mudroom. Two doors leading out onto front deck and to fenced front yard. Upstairs large master bedroom with separate sitting area and second, exclusive deck. House has nice hardwood floors, skylights and cathedral ceilings. Walk to 3 beaches in 5 min or less, or stroll over to the famous Cupboard in season for a bite to eat.
The Park consists of Half Moon and Cressy's beaches. Half Moon is a lovely small beach ideal for families with children. Cressy's Beach is a rocky, more natural beach. There is also playground. Visitors can bring grills for cookouts. During the season, there are outdoor concerts and story telling. Dogs are allowed in the Park but not on the beaches from May 1st to September 15th.
