Full use of tennis courts (2 all weather, 2 clay), tennis backboard, basketball court, kids' (both young and old) playground, and boat launching ramp. Wonderful area for walking, jogging and biking. Great sailing and fishing from the property. All of this nestled in Scraggy Neck, a gated homeowners community. Guests describe this as 'a little slice of heaven.'
