Great white water ocean view home in beautiful Aptos, 5 minutes by stairs to the sand. A very private property surrounded by giant ferns and oaks. 4 bedrooms 3 baths, a large spacious home. Two stories, on the first level is the kitchen, living room, dining area, full bath. all with ocean views. cathedral ceilings, open floor plan make this a truly comfortable home. The kitchen has a large stainless steel frig, ice maker, electric stove, dishwasher, disposal, coffee pot, blender, mixer, nice ports and pans, nice dishes. There is a wrap around bar separating the
kitchen from the living room. gas fire place, comfortable furniture, 32 inch tv vcr dvd stereo phone. The dining area can seat 8 persons. Downstairs are three of the bedrooms, full bath, internet. separating the main house by a glass covered ceiling chairs, table gas barbecue is the quest cottage with canopy king size bed, gas fireplace full bath with bathtub, tv vcr dvd, skylights. The home has forced air heat.

The Beach at Sea Cliff is safe for swimming. I love the boardwalk on ocean with snack shops, markets, a great place for jogging, walking the dog. there is a really fine restaurant Cafe Rio. The home has a washer and dryer

All are queen size with large closets chairs luggage rack dressers. Comfy comforters. Off these bedrooms is the sun room. The 4th bedroom, king size canopy bed, all are beautifully decorated.
