- 1 week minimum stay during high season - (March 1 - April 30). 3 night minimum stay required during rest of year.
$400.00 refundable security deposit, $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and 50% of the total rental fee are due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
You may choose to have the pool heated for $125.00 per week. The $125.00 fee is due at the time of reservation with the security deposit, cleaning fee and 50% of the rental fee.
$400.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory check-out. All security deposits will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure date.
$400.00 refundable security deposit and $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee applies to rentals of 2 weeks or less. Please inquire about deposits and fees for extended stays. - Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund if that week is not re-booked. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will receive no refund if that week is not re-booked.
