There will be an $95.00 cleaning fee applied to all visits.
Cancellations: You have the right to cancel with 30 days written cancellation notice. All advance funds will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee. If written notice is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period.
Travel Insurance: You are being advised to secure travel insurance to protect you against any cancellations that may occur.

Golf: There are a number of excellent golf courses in the immediate area. Lost Key Golf Course is just across the road, an easy walk from our front door.
Guest Book: 'We stayed here in 2006 and 2007 and are planning to return in 2008. This condo is in a great location, very peaceful and quiet, and was a perfect pick for a large family with 5 children. The children loved the area and ask to return every year. WE LOVE IT!!! '
