The owner and manager of this property is a Licensed Realtor in the State of Texas. House now Sports a new Jen air gas stove top, new counter tops, new cool vent, new kitchen cabnet fronts. New weber charcoal grill and boat slip now has protector tube to keep out debre.
Andrew, We had a wonderful time at the beach house. There are a few things you should look into for the next group of people who stay there though. The B-B-Q pit there needs to be replaced. There is a massive hole in the bottom of it. It looks like it is rusted out. The boat slip has tons of junk in it. I noticed your neighbors have long pieces of pvc pipe in front of their slip to block things from getting in there. Other than that, it was great. I caught tons of fish just outside of the docks, right where you get into open waters. We had to do quite a bit of catch and release out there. Me and my buddy caught matching redfish together both at a stunning 41’’ You will see them in April’s issue of saltwater angler. The secret….which is no secret, GULP! The reds are tearing up the gulp! My wife caught a 21’’ flounder out there, and a good bit of trout. We threw anything back under 20’’ and over 28’’. Total: 37 reds, 49 trout, 3 flounder, 6 10lb+ gaftops. We had a great time
Other Activities: Back yard fishing for Trout and Red fish , green light, Under water fishing light working!
