Gatlinburg Chalet Summary
This large, A-frame, chalet home is close to all the area attractions (Dollywood, Splash Country, etc.), and close to the ski slopes, and ice skating rink. It has excellent views of Mt. LaConte, Aerial Tramway, and Gatlinburg. The neighborhood offers 3 heated community pools (summer only) and tennis courts for you to enjoy, and one of these pools is a short walk or drive from our home. The chalet has something for everyone. The game room is its own room and has 12 Free real arcade games, basketball game, pool table, darts, and Foosball. It will surely entertain kids (and adults) for hours. No more 'Mom, I'm bored there's nothing to do.' There also some books and games While some are playing games in the game room, others can be enjoying movies in the living room with a selection of ~100 Free movies, or better yet, enjoying the view of the smokies from the outside deck. If you prefer the Hot Tub, our hot tub is outdoors and is private. New Free Wireless & Long dist. US/Can.

McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) at 44 Miles
A few minutes from The Smokey Mountains National Park where you can fish, hike, swim, tube, etc. A are next to the Gatlinburg skiing area where you can ski, ice skate, aerial tram ride, flume rides, restaurant. Just a few minutes down the mountain from downtown Gatlinburg where you can shop, mini golf, many restaurants, attractions. And, ~20 minute drive to Pigeon Forge which is like a mini carnival, shops, Dollywood and Splash Country, shop, shop and shop. Or, if Pigeon Forge doesn't have enough for you to do, we are a few minutes more to Sevierville which is basically Outlet Heaven!
