Truro Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rates do not include holidays. -
Rental policy:
Regular rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Inquire for special circumstances.
Check-out time is 12 noon and check-in time is 3pm so that there is time to prepare the cottage between guests.
Deposit: 50% of rental due at time of confirmation.
Final payment: Due 8 weeks prior to rental date.
Last minute bookings: If booked less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, payment is due upon reservation.
Cancellation policy: Up to 8 weeks prior to rental date, full refund.
8 to 4 weeks prior to arrival: Cancellation fee is 50% of total cost, unless re-rented, then $100 cancellation fee.
4 weeks or less: No refund, unless re-rented, then $100 is charged
There are no cancellations due to weather
There is a refundable $400 security deposit that will be returned after inspection of the cottage and will only be used in the event of damage to the cottage that is not normal wear and tear.
