Wells Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Labor Day Weekend $400 3 days, 2 nights
- Rentals require 50% of the rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder balance is due 4 weeks prior to rental period, plus Maine lodging tax, refundable security deposit.
