- Rates do not include NH 9% rooms tax. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance, plus a $500 refundable security deposit, is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, at which point the rental fee is nonrefundable unless the home can be re-rented for those dates.
