- There is maid service available for $25/half day. Talk to house managers who will meet you at house upon arrival or e-mail us with request.
- A 50% deposit is required to hold reservation at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 2 months (60 days) prior to arrival date. Deposit can be retrieved within 4 months (120 days) prior to arrival date, less a 50% charge for cancellation if you do not fulfill your reservation. Cancellations within or less than 4 months (120 days) prior to arrival will forfeit deposit in full.
Due to the high volume of inquiries during peak travel season, we had had to change our refund policy DURING THESE DATES ONLY. No refunds available for cancellation of reservation within the following dates.
