- Weekly rentals are standard for peak season; two night stay minimum during non-peak season.
Nightly rates are $320 June to September and $280 September to June. - Refundable $300.00 damage deposit.
Pets are considered. There is a charge of $30 per week for pets plus a separate refundable $100 damage deposit is collected.
If pets are accepted we require them to be caged when left inside; to not create a nuisance or noise outside; to be kept off the furniture or the furniture covered with a cloth; that you pick up after your pet outside, and that they be kept on a leash when outside. Cabled dog run for leashed pets is on site. Please bring your own retractable leash for use with the run.
