- July/Aug specials (when available- limited availability) 4 nights $840 for 4 people & 5 nights $1050 good for 6 guests! Good through Aug 2012 limited availability. Short stay specials are good with 30-45 days or less advance reservation. They are meant to fill gaps between weekly rentals and are good year round when available. . Rates are subject to changes until reservation is confirmed & paid for. All require full payment at time of reservation. Larger multi week discounts available!. Contact us for custom itineraries, tour packages, and additional photos. All specials must be paid immediately to guarantee rate and there is no cancellation period. There are no cancellations with any refund if cancellation is made less than 120 days prior to arrival. Cancellations with more than 120 days are refunded in full minus $250 administration fee and deducted any travel or other arrangements were prepaid for you or for chef service
No cancellation period for specials. - New for holidays 2012- have a larger group- rent the 4th or 5th bedroom on the top levels. brand new addition with wonderful ocean and rainforest views. Don't need extra space- don't pay! Complete with weekly Maid and Gardener (for weekly rental only), Pool, Grille and Jacuzzi tub & pool with swim up bar & seating looking over Gulf Dulce. See our listing for our Treehouse #- has its own separate spring fed jungle dipping pool, satellite TV,. Both have 24/6 on site caretaker. Cleaning is not offered during mid stay with less than a week rental. ALL specials need to be paid in full at time of reservation. SHort stay specials (3,4 or 5 days) are reserved with short notice of 30-45 days advance to fill gaps between weekly rentals. We will occasionally rent them with more notice if we are already booked. Ask us & we'll let you know if we can reserve short stays with more than 45 days advance notice. There are no cancellation refunds for any last minute or special rate reservations

- Our luxury vacation villa in Costa Rica includes 2 Full baths with tropical decor, open air concept w/ privacy . Lapa's House Upstairs Bath has a great indoor jacuzzi hot tub feels like outdoor jet tub, Toucans and Parrots fly right by. Nice music collection too, and a view of the ocean without leaving the tub. You can't buy bubbles here so bring some with you (non oily only)!! Treehouse also has 2 full baths (see listing 292693) . Tree House can be rented as either 3BR or 4BR (add'l fee for 4 BR)- 2 full baths- and GLASS bottom shower is so cool! Both are fully furnished homes. With private pools at each home. Homes are on opposite sides of property for total complete privacy- no shared amenities other than hiking trails. Most guests have no idea if there are other guests on the property. Private wildlife reserve with 24/7 on site caretakers to answer questions or take you on a guided hike.Tthe additional 3 baths will be ready with the 2 additional bedrooms for holidays 2012
