On the second floor there is another large bedroom with twin beds and a small single bedroom as well as a large family room with a sofa bed and a ping-pong table. We ask that tenants bring their own linens: sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mat and beach towels. The beds are equipped with pillows and comforters.

Phippsburg House Details
The scenic views of the coast, the bays, islands and fishing villages may be seen by driving and walking, and also by excursion boats and Maine State ferries to many of the islands from several different ports. There are numerous woods walks in the vicinity including two fine, small mountains with sea views which can be climbed even with small children. Dam Cove Lodge is a fine place to see birds, possibly deer, raccoons and porcupines. Because there are no street-lights here, the stars are especially clear and bright.
