Imperial Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $800 - $1200 Weekly, $2000 per 30 days in the off-season.
- Off-Season rates are $800 per week, plus 10% City of imperial Beach tax, plus $75 cleaning fee. Changeover day is flexible. Longer stays are welcome in the off-season. 30-day rate is $2000. Less for longer stays. No tax on stays of 30 days or more.
Early Summer rates are $1000 per week, plus 10% City of Imperial Beach tax, plus $75 cleaning fee.
Full Summer rates are $1200 per week, plus 10% City of Imperial Beach tax, plus $75 cleaning fee.
Late Summer rates are $1000 per week, plus 10% City of Imperial Beach tax, plus $75 cleaning fee.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Discounts of 10% are available for rentals booked within one month of the arrival date. Discounts are also available for returning guests.
