The SeaStar Penthouse is located on the northern side of the beautiful Banderas Bay on the Mexican Pacific coast. From every window of the Penthouse there is a stunning view of the Sierra Madre Mountains and/or the ocean. Not to be missed, breakfast is a daily pleasure on one of the two large decks. Keep a pair of binoculars close-by to enjoy the never-ending activities of the humpback whales, dolphins, sea turtles, and diverse bird life. Candlelight dinners are equally wonderful on the deck, with the twinkle of lights all around the bay and Puerto Vallarta in the distance. Or if you prefer, a walk along the beach will lead you to a selection of wonderful restaurants of the nearby fishing village. The SeaStar Penthouse is located in the gated community of Punta Esmeralda. The owners regret that no children under 12 yrs are allowed. This is a non-smoking unit. Come and relax on the Mexican Riviera!

Puerto Vallarta Villa Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Nov 1 -30 May $2900, Thanksgiving, 20 Dec-5 Jan and Easter week $3100
  • Light Cleaning every other day is included in the weekly rate, and extra cleaning will be $35.00 per day payable by the renter to the cleaning staff. Meals can be catered on request by authentic Mexican chef - fee is estimated based on labor and cost of ingredients. This is paid directly to the chef.
