Cottage has full enclosed front porch and outside porch with awning, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, bedroom one has one queen sized bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds, living room has 1 pull out couch. Kitchen has new appliances including gas stove and washer and dryer. Cable and internet provided. You are a short walk from the town beach with play ground and 2 full service restaurants. Plenty of other restaurants in town a short drive or will deliver. Shopping centers 5 minutes and Tweed New Haven Airport 10 minutes from property. New Haven Ct. 15 minutes from property. Swim, sail or bike ride along the coastline.
