Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

January 31st - March 31st: $350/day $2450/week.
April 1st - May 31st - $325/day $2275/week
June 1st - September 30th - $150/daily $1000/week SPIRIT OF THE WEST SPECIAL
October 1st - December 21st: $300/daily $2100/week THANKSGIVING Holiday 3 Day Minimum $400/day
December 22nd - January 2nd : $400/daily $2800/week - New Year's 3 Day Minimum
Note: Deposit of 50% of total rate due upon reservation. Balance due 30 days before check-in. Weekly and 3 Day Minimum Stays
If pool heating is requested, there is a $30 per day pool heating fee. Check-in 4PM, Check-out 10AM.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund less 5% 30 days before arrival. 29 days or less refund only if able to rebook cancelled dates.

Adobe Ranch House Details: Handmade Mexican tile kitchen countertops with bar opens to the western living room with a saltillo floor and a wood-burning stone fireplace. 2 bedroom suites appointed with western wardrobes, dressers and luxurious queen pillow-top beds, all linens provided. 2 full bathrooms with Mexican-tiled showers, towels provided. Washer and dryer. A ranch room with a sofa bed, Internet, TV, CD and DVD. Step outside under the ramada for entertaining on the large stone patio with fireplace and amber-lit lanterns and a wrought-iron chandelier over a large ornate dining table for lunches and dinner gatherings. Barbecue with mesquite and pecan firewood. And when the stars come out, gather around the campfire for conversation, laughter and memories for a lifetime.

We have never had a more relaxing, stress-free vacation. PS, Mom and Dad loved it too. 5. As I sit outside watching a quail scurry her domain from atop one of the stumps surrounding the firepit, I am envious of her life at the Ranch. Two weeks of glorious sunsets, roaring fires and beautiful days at your home were not enough.
