Located between Woodstock and New Paltz, close to national parks, trails, swimming, and the Mohonk House. New construction, hardwood and marble/slate floors, clean and flooded with light. 2 skylights. Master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms, 2 baths, computer niche, game room. It can sleeps 8. Ping Pong table is available (optional). Artisan tile work. Living room has high ceiling. Nice layout for entertaining (family events, receptions etc), and perfect acoustics for musician. Off quiet road, however, withing 6 minutes to town center and shopping. Adjacent to the historic village of Kripplebush where there is a local museum. Special events (weddings, receptions and gatherings) with extra fee. Photos of professional landscaped gardens are available upon request. Internet access

Accord House Details

Pond: On the property there is access to a pond on the adjacent property for fishing, swimming and other activities. There are also trails around the back and a tire swing and other play equipment for children. The owners have several bikes that the tenants are able to use. The pond is great for spotting wild life including an occasional owl, heron or bald eagle. In fall the turkeys come en mass. There are also several types of frogs, including tree frogs, and other reptiles. Deer are constant visitors.
