Refunds
Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund if unit is not re-booked. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will receive no refund if unit is not re-booked
You may choose to have the pool heated for $125.00 per week. The $125.00 fee is due at the time of reservation with the security deposit, cleaning fee and 50% of the rental fee.
