The 9% NH Room Tax does not apply to rentals longer than 6 months. Utilities except (Phone, Internet and Cable TV0 those listed are not included in the winter rentals. Towels and linens not provided for Winter Rentals and home will be in a Winter State for the duration of the lease. A satisfactory credit check and one month's security deposit is required for all winter rentals. Our home is professionally cleaned prior to the arrival of each tenant at no additional charge.
- SPRING and SUMMER RENTALS -Weekly Only: Saturday to Saturday- 50% nonrefundable deposit due at time of reservation. Remaining balance due by May 1st. Fall full weekly payment due at signing. $500 security deposit required (refundable within 30 days of stay pending no damage). 9% NH rooms tax. Our home is professionally cleaned prior to the arrival of each tenant at no additional charge.
