Booking procedure: 50% deposit of the total rent will be required for booking. The deposit can be sent either by personal check (in U.S.), bank transfer (swift), travelers check, in Visa or Master Card via Paypal. Balance of payment and cleaning fee should be paid 30 days before arrival. Security deposit $300. The security deposit will be returned in full to the tenant within one week if upon checking out nothing is reported damaged, lost or broken.
