Security Deposit: $300.00 security deposit is due when making your vacation home rental reservation. After your vacation is finished, the property manager is going to perform an inspection on the vacation home. $300.00 security deposit will be refunded to you upon a satisfaction report from property manager.
Rental Payments: Total balance of rental payment is due two months before your vacation starting date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your reservation.
Refund of Security deposit: Security deposit will be refunded in full only if the cancellation occurs at least 2.5 months prior to the check-in date. 50% security deposit will be refunded if one month before rental period starts. Security deposit will not be refunded in less than one month before rental period starts. A written notice of cancellation is needed in the form of a letter or email. - Additional fees will apply for less than 1 week. Holiday Rates vary - please email us for the latest rate.
