McHenry Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For complete details and your obligations please refer to your written contract.
- All reservations are subject to an administrative fee, a 5% Maryland state tax and a 5% County accommodation tax. Tariffs are subject to change without notice and any increases in tariffs are the sole responsibility of the leaseholder.
Sometimes cancellations are unavoidable and we will do our best to re-rent your reserved accommodation for the same rate and time period. All cancellations or reservation changes must be made in writing. Cancellations incur a $75 fee and a $25 fee is applied for reservation changes. In the event the lease must be canceled by the leaseholder, deposit money (minus the administration fee, cancellation fee and Travel Insurance payment) cannot be returned unless the property is re-rented at no loss to the owner. If we are unable to re-rent the property, the full advance payment will be forfeited. Please note that we offer a Travel/Lodging Protection Plan, which can help protect your investment in unforeseeable circumstances.PLEASE CALL FOR CURRENT RATES - Payments for arrivals beyond 30 days of arrival: Payments may be made by personal check, business check, cash, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Make payments according to your payment schedule listed on your contract. If all payments are made by cash or check, you may deduct the price rebate from your last payment.
Payments for arrivals within 30 days of arrival: Full payment is due at the time of booking by cash (U.S. currency only) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of the arrival date.
Please remember to put your reservation number on your check.
Please mark your calendar with your payment schedule, as we do not send out reminders.
A confirmation lease agreement will be mailed or faxed to you. Please read the lease carefully, sign both pages and return it along with the other appropriate paperwork within 10 days of making your reservation
