Gem show (first 2 weeks of February) rates $1450 per week. - 50% deposit at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
If pool is heated, there is an additional charge of $150 per week.

- All bedrooms have sumptuous mattresses and luxury cotton bedding and towels, down pillows and comforters. each bedroom is complete with a TV and DVD or VCR. The king size master bedroom and private bath with separate shower and soaking tub and dual vanities is located at one end of the house. The two guest bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with queen, share a full bath at the opposite end of the house. The living room includes a sectional with queen size sleeper.
