FULL PAYMENT IS DUE FOR ALL DATES RESERVED. !! No refund for leaving early. No rain checks given for lodging. Any HCC property damaged will be charged to your final bill. - SMOKING POLICY: NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE UNIT. If policy is violated a $200.00 fine will be charged to the renter.
PET POLICY: NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE UNIT. If policy is violated the renter may be asked to leave with no refund and charged a $200.00 clean up fee.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES POLICY: 100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before scheduled arrival date. 50% refund if canceled prior to 15 days before scheduled arrival. No refund if canceled/changed 15 days or later before scheduled arrival date. NO CHANGES UPON ARRIVAL ACCEPTED.
