$100 per week for any animal in the party, if not declared, $500. Pet policy will be forwarded upon booking.
Pay by check or CC [paypal] , or international transfer to UK or US accounts available. Any costs picked up by guests.
Bookings under 5 days, guests pick up the cleaning fee, $100.
More than 8 guests [baby excluded] $50 per head. - All rates are negotiable with discounts offered for long, late, and fill in bookings.

- All bedrooms are carpeted and fully equipped with duplicate towels and linens plus there is a hairdryer for guest use. There is a chair in all the rooms plus the masters have pillow top beds and TV, DVD. The front double bedroom totally revamped Nov. 2012. Front twin bedroom has direct access to the full bathroom and a TV point. There is a crib in the side bedroom plus a high chair within the villa. There are also bedding bales for both the sofa bed and crib, in duplicate.
