Located two blocks from the beach and the bay, this spacious three-bedroom, two bath, ranch-style home is the perfect getaway. Its back deck and enclosed-screened-porch overlook the sweeping fairway of the sixth hole of Brigantine's beautiful golf course, The Links at Brigantine Beach. Quiet mornings can be spent on the deck enjoying unobstructed views of a glistening pond and acres of manicured green. The porch provides a full view of the quiet drama playing itself out on the course while allowing near total privacy for relaxation over a meal or a good book. Inside, guests enjoy such comforts as an eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, cable television and DVD in each bedroom, and a plasma TV with a DVD/VCR in the living room. There is a full array of entertainment options to choose from. Just minutes from the glitz and excitement of AC's casinos, this small island remains a true oasis of natural, quiet beauty with its numerous wildlife sanctuaries and pristine beaches.

801 E Evans Blvd is located just two blocks from the newly widened soft-sand beach. From Brigantine Avenue, make a left onto 8th Street North. Only two blocks to Evans. We are located at the top of the 'T' in the road. The back of the house faces the historic Links Golf Course. There are two deck areas. The screened-enclosed deck, is located just outside the sliding glass door from the dinning area which makes it very convenient to have meals out on the patio table. The open deck is just off the slider from the living room. There are a total of 10 patio chairs outside. The open deck has a fire pit. There is a good variety of restaurants and shopping areas all around town. Boat, jet-ski and bike rentals are all nearby. We have an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. Save money by using our beach tags, which are at your disposal. Our guest book lists many local areas that may be of interest to you to help make your vacation enjoyable and memorable.

- Bedrooms have a lot of sunlight during the day. At night when you want it completely dark, just pull down the room-darkening-shades and you will sleep without any outside lights bothering you. The master bedroom has a full private bathroom with shower stall. There are TVs with DVD players in each bedroom. Some also have a VCR. The living room has a queen size innerspring mattress. Each bedroom has a good supply of pillows to choose from. We supply the bed linens it you like.

Notes:
House recently purchased by us for use as a vacation rental property. Each wall was repainted and all rooms have new furnishings and window treatments. There is a 37-inch plasma TV in the living room as well as a DVD/VCR and a CD player. Each bedroom has a TV with a DVD player, master bedroom has a DVD/VCR combo. There is a good assortment of DVDs and VCR tapes available to use. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, toaster over (big enough to cook a pizza), a large crock pot, and a large assortment of new cookware, colorful dishes and glass and stemware. 8 Beach Tags are available for your use. Why not save on the packing space and take advantage of using our bed linens and/or towels. Ask about this at the time of booking.
Brigantine House Details
We always strive to provide a cozy and clean atmosphere for our vacationing guests and seek to keep our home in tip-top condition. We do have a policy of not renting our beach home to vacationing students of singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian. We hope you can understand our reasoning and position.
