- In July & August main house is $3,600.00 per week Sat to Sat., I do require a $500.00 security deposit that is returned to you within 20 days of your departure. I can provide linens for you for $80.00 or you may choose to bring your own.
In June I do consider weekend rentals for $700.00 per night ,$500.00 security deposit and $80.00 for linens. - In the summer starting end of May, when the winter leases have left, I rent Sat to Sat. Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.
In June I rent weekends for 700.00 per night. However come July & August I rent weekly only ! Sat to Sat.

- Main House has the four bedrooms and a studio with a sleeper couch. On the first floor is a double bedroom, good size half bath, walk in kitchen open to dining area, open to great room. Large French Doors divide great room from all seasons room. Upstairs, studio with sleeper couch. Two queen bedrooms divided by master large bath with full tub/shower unit. Upstairs third floor two twins beds. There are three other cottages on property available for rent. Call us for specifics on these buildings. It is a great compound for family vacations or weddings. Rent main house or main house and all cottages.

This is a no pet property. There is off the street parking available for the main house .You are allowed four parking spots. We are planning on putting up clothes lines for your convenience for beach towels and bathing suits. The main house has a patio set with plenty of deck chairs on the brick patio right outside the all seasons room and your gas grill.
