Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please contact us for reasonable / competatiive rates.
- No extra fee for end of stay cleaning, as long as house is left in same condition it was found in. Walk through conducted every Saturday for cleanliness and damage check.
- An overall cleaning will be completed just prior to the Saturday rental start date
and is already included in the fee.
If a more extensive cleaning is required, renter will be billed for excessive charges.
