High Season: Dec 1 - March 31: $400/night (3 night min), $2,400/week, $7,500/month
Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years/Easter: $2,600/week (one week minimum)
Cleaning Fee: $200; Security Deposit: $500; City Room Tax: 13.962%
Tenant is responsible for any international calls made
To hold a reservation: 40% of the entire rental
Final Payment due 60 days prior to occupancy and 120 days prior for holidays
Accept Checks or Visa/MasterCard - there is a 3% fee for credit card payments
