Property is filled with flowers around the 20X40 in-ground pool, Pool house w/bathroom and changing area, adjacent to Pool house is a convenient outdoor shower. Basketball court in Drive. Notes: Bed linens provided. Bath and beach towels - Not Provided. *Garbage Disposal* : Tenant is expected to bring their garbage to the Town Dump on the day before they leave. Town stickers will be provided. Clearly written dump instructions will be provided at the house. Town Dump Closes Saturday at 2;30PM SHARP !!! for the weekend. Garbage that is left by tenant will be dispose of by cleaning service and charges deducted from security deposit. ( The cleaning service charge for removal is expensive) $500.00 charge per week to heat pool. In the middle of the summer pool temperature typically ranges around 70+degrees and is very comfortable. The actual cost in 2007/2008 to maintain the pool temperature at 80 degrees has been $500.00 per week.

Arrival & Departure: Arrival is 3:00PM on Sunday. Departure is 10:00AM Sunday morning. These arrival and departure times allow for the house cleaning crew to complete their job. .

Linen & Towel : Bed linens are provided. Bath and Beach towels - not provided. We have contracted with a linen & towel service on the island at reasonable rates. Should you not want to contract with this service. you are more than welcome to bring your own bath towels and beach towels.

Ferry Service: Ferry ticket reservations are your responsibility.
