Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Memorial day rentals are $2500 per weekend (4 days). June 1-13 rentals are $3000 per week, and June 13-Sept 5 rentals are $3500 per week plus cleaning fee of $150. Weeks start at 3:00 pm Saturday and end at 11:00 am the following Saturday.Labor Day week $3,500
- Peak Summer Available. Deposit Required of $2,650 upon signing lease.
Remaining balance of $1,000 due one week prior to arrival.

Security fee $500 refundable one week after departure.
