Each pet that stays at home is an additional 100.00 a week.

In order to secure the dates I will need the following, an email confirming your dates and intention to rent, a signed agreement within 5 days of the confirmation email date sent to the following below address and 50% of the total amount paid as a deposit fee. The additional 50% of your rental fee must be paid prior to May 1st 2013. - Contract Return Due Date: is within 5 days of receiving agreement. Or reservation can be canceled and owner reserves the right to rent to another renter. This contract and cleaning addendum must both be signed and paragraphs initiated where marked and returned with your deposit.
