The additional 50% of your rental fee must be paid prior to May 1st 2008. - Contract Return Due Date: is within 5 days of receiving agreement. Or reservation can be canceled and owner reserves the right to rent to another renter. This contract and cleaning addendum must both be signed and paragraphs initiated where marked and returned with your deposit.
